2. Personalised Products: Refund and Exchange Conditions
Personalised products (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, gifts with names, dates or custom images, custom gifts) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except in cases of defect or shipping damage. 3. Carefully Review Your Order Before Confirmation

No changes in design or product are accepted for personalised items. If you need to modify size or colour, contact us immediately. Changes are only possible if production has not begun.
6. Exchanges and Returns for Non-Personalised Products
Only non-personalised products are eligible for size or colour exchange (subject to availability). Exchanges for different models or designs will not be accepted. Please confirm availability before returning any item.
7. Shipping Costs and Delivery Responsibility
We reimburse shipping costs for returns of defective products. Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information to prevent logistic errors.
