1. Where is Kadosh Design located? Do you ship from the UK?
Kadosh Design is based in the United Kingdom and all our products are designed, printed, and shipped from the UK.
2. How long does a personalised order take to arrive?
Standard preparation time is 2 to 5 working days for the production of your personalised item, as we work on demand. Shipping time is additional and may vary depending on demand and destination. We are not responsible for delays by the courier once the package has been handed over. We will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your order via the courier’s website or app.
3. Can I request express or urgent delivery?
Yes, we offer some express options within the UK. Please enquire about design availability and rates—contact us directly via email or WhatsApp before purchasing to confirm.
4. Do you offer international shipping? What are the times and costs?
We do not offer international shipping, nor do we deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. We only deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, and Wales.
5. How can I check when my order has been shipped and its status?
You will receive an email confirmation of dispatch and, if applicable, a tracking number to monitor your parcel.
Personalisation & Design
6. How can I personalise my product? What types of customisations are available?
You can add names, dates, phrases, or special images depending on the product. For eligible items, simply select the customisation options on the product page and add your text or image. If the feature is not available, contact us by email or WhatsApp and we’ll assist you.
7. How do I know my personalisation is correct?
We recommend double-checking all details before confirming your order. For some products, we can provide a digital preview on request.
8. Can I order a completely bespoke design not shown on the website?
Yes, we accept requests for special or exclusive designs. Contact us to discuss your ideas and receive a quote.
9. What should I check before confirming my order?
Please check names, dates, sizes, colours, and spelling before placing your order, as changes cannot be made once production begins.
10. Can I add a special note or dedication to my order?
No, we currently do not offer a gift card or dedication service, but we plan to reactivate this option soon.
Payments & Orders
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options indicated during checkout.
12. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Modification or cancellation of personalised orders is only possible if production has not begun. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
13. What if I forgot to add custom details to my order?
Contact our customer support team as soon as possible to add details before production starts.
14. Can you exclude the invoice or price if my order is a gift?
Yes, let us know at checkout that your order is a gift and we will not include the invoice or prices in the parcel.
15. Do you offer discounts or wholesale rates for large orders?
Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk orders and businesses. Please get in touch for a quote.
Returns, Exchanges & Guarantees
16. Can I return or exchange a personalised product?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalised items unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error.
17. What should I do if my order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days, including photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
18. What is your refund and return policy?
Please refer to our full policy section. In short, personalised products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in case of defects. Non-personalised items may be exchanged under the stated conditions.
19. What if the colour or size I chose is wrong after receiving the product?
Personalised products cannot be exchanged for customer error in size/colour. Standard products may be exchanged, subject to availability.

22. Are my images, names, and texts reviewed before printing?
Yes, we review all submitted materials for quality. If we find errors or anything inappropriate, we will contact you before printing. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order that does not comply or goes against our Christian values.
Products & Care
23. Do you provide a size and colour guide?
Yes, each product page includes size and colour guides. Please contact us for advice if needed.
24. What materials and printing techniques do you use for t-shirts/hoodies?
We mainly use 100% cotton garments and high-quality digital printing. For prints, we use DTF and UVDTF for stickers and mugs.
25. How should I care for and wash my personalised products?
Wash garments inside out, with cold water and avoid tumble drying to preserve the design quality.
